By downloading, installing, or using SnackShame ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

SnackShame provides calorie estimates, nutritional information, and AI-generated commentary for entertainment and general wellness purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, dietary, or clinical nutrition advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.

The roasts, food decisions, and nutritional insights generated by the App are produced by AI models and are provided for entertainment purposes. They may be inaccurate. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, processed through Apple's App Store. All payments are final except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policy. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the App.

All content, design, code, and branding in SnackShame are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calorie and nutritional data will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
